Kyivstar Ukraine’s largest mobile network operator said that it had been the victim of an intense hacker attack Tuesday morning, which temporarily disrupted its internet and cellular signal.
The company stated that it was working on repairing the outage, and was cooperating closely with law enforcement authorities
